Warehouse Operative / FLT Counterbalance Driver – Cleethorpes

One Point Recruitment is looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives with Counterbalance FLT experience to join our client's busy warehouse operation in Cleethorpes.

Please note: This position is 85% general warehouse duties and approximately 15% forklift driving.

We're looking for someone who enjoys hands-on warehouse work and is happy to jump on the forklift when needed. This is not a full-time FLT driving position.

The Role

• Picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch

• Loading, unloading and moving warehouse stock

• Supporting general warehouse and production operations

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT when required

• Completing basic stock checks and paperwork

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

Working Hours

Various day shifts available:

• 5am to 2pm

• 6am to 3pm

• 8am to 4pm

What We're Looking For

• Valid Counterbalance FLT certification

• Previous warehouse and forklift experience

• Happy to undertake predominantly warehouse operative duties

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Reliable with excellent timekeeping

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
