Production Operative Grimsby / Cleethorpes

Temp to perm, Up skill and promotions fully available

6:30am - 14:30pm or 9am - 5pm shifts available

Our client based in Grimsby, is firmly committed to up skilling and retaining all of their workers in their impressive state of the art factory, near Cleethorpes road.

They pride themselves on ensuring a happy workforce. This position will go permanent after 12 weeks. You will also receive 33 days annual leave along with free life insurance and increased scale pay.

The Job & Key responsibilities

· Monday – Friday

· Picking and packing

· Weighing ingredients

· Sealing the packaging

· Wrapping

· Despatch

· Inbound

The ideal Candidate

· Able to stand for long periods of time

· Honest and reliable

· Good timekeeping

· Good attendance record

· Can work as part of a team

· Worked in a similar environment before

· Positive attitude

· Ability to follow instructions and adhere to client policies and practice
